Ingredients: ENRICHED PRECOOKED LONG GRAIN RICE [RICE, NIACIN, IRON (FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE), THIAMIN (THIAMIN MONONITRATE), FOLIC ACID].

Directions:

Instructions: Microwave:1. Place water and rice in microwave bowl*.2. Cover. Microwave** on high. 2 servings, 6 minutes. 4 servings, 8 minutes. 6 servings, 10 minutes.3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.**Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Measurements: To cook 2 servings mix 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water. To cook 4 servings mix 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water. To cook 6 servings mix 3 cups of rice and 3 cups of water.Saucepan:1. Bring water to boil*.2. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork.*If desired, add butter and salt to taste.
